I ordered several items for Christmas, the Ramen was missing and your teams refused to do anything because I warned them too late (within 2 weeks, the time for me to realize the error because I had the package delivered to my parents). This store had been recommended to me by my sister-in-law and the products are top notch. I could have ordered a lot more for my numerous nieces, but I will never order again because I consider it theft to refuse to refund or return a missing item.

Hello, The delivery was impeccable. However, I was disappointed by the finish of the bowl. Inside, there are white enamel drips that partially hide the white stripes in relief between the cherry blossoms. I didn't return the bowl because I bought the last one. It's a shame. Yours faithfully

The Japanese chopsticks really do look artisanal, even if the material used remains questionable (plastic?). As for the rest, it's very disappointing. The chopstick rests are made of fake stone. The sushi tray at 35 for old plastic... Very, very disappointed.
