colissimo did not keep its commitment despite the price charged for this order . a whole week of delay with three sorting errors . the product finally arrived , conform to the order . no contact with your customer service . once the invoice cashed it does not seem at all concerned by the errors and failures of the carrier yet chosen by your company . Quality products and well packaged. That said, as it was a gift, the person who received the package did not know that there were chopsticks and spoons in addition to the bowls. So she almost threw away the little boxes still containing the chopsticks and spoons, so maybe a little too well wrapped hahaha But satisfied with my order! :)
