colissimo did not keep its commitment despite the price charged for this order . a whole week of delay with three sorting errors . the product finally arrived , conform to the order . no contact with your customer service . once the invoice cashed it does not seem at all concerned by the errors and failures of the carrier yet chosen by your company . Quality products and well packaged. That said, as it was a gift, the person who received the package did not know that there were chopsticks and spoons in addition to the bowls.
