At the time of the order, I was told a delivery time of one day (package delivered the next day). This time was not respected. It's not a big deal but it would be better to indicate longer times if you are not sure you can meet them. Additionally, there was a missing sausage in my order. I wanted to give it as a gift so this was very upsetting. I called customer service, not a single apology... I understand that the person on the other end is not responsible but still, it's the least they could do.

The sausage was thrown into a cardboard box without paper, the box was damaged when it arrived. Half of the sausage was covered with thick fuzzy mold, some also had brown mold spots. My email is not being responded to. Total flop! Never again!
