I regularly order sausages from the shop, but this order was catastrophic, the first one I received didn't even contain half of the items, I had to send a message to receive the rest of my order. The package arrived half open with one of the mini sausage packets open and half empty... however, the sausages are still just as delicious, and we enjoyed what was left. I give 4 stars because our other orders in previous months went very well and we are still very happy with the sausage shop!

Hello Nelly, thank you for your loyalty and understanding. We are truly sorry that this package arrived damaged and incomplete, this is absolutely not our usual standard. We are pleased that the rest was able to be rectified quickly following your message, and that the quality of the sausages is still on point. Please feel free to contact us again if needed, and thank you again for your loyalty!

The package arrived quickly, however I am disappointed with the dried tenderloin which weighs 220g instead of the expected 300g.
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Jessica, you are right, the weight stated on our site is 230g and not 300g, and there was indeed a discrepancy with the 220g received — an error on our part. We are sorry. Do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected], we will gladly make a gesture on your next order.
