The store consistently delivers excellent sausages with varied options, including tomme, comté, and goat, and customers highlight reliable, fast delivery and responsive service when issues arise. The product quality stands out with descriptions of flavorful, well-dried cuts, real cheese inclusions, and distinct regional flavors that delight the palate. Customers repeatedly express strong satisfaction and loyalty, noting repeat orders, renewals, and recommendations to others. Overall, the shopping experience is described as smooth and trustworthy, with timely shipping and sustained high quality.
Dry and hard products like a piece of wood, 2 sausages out of 5 thrown in the trash. Useless purchase.

The delivery times were not respected 5 working days for me. Quality and quantity correct but nothing more. And disappointed to receive a 2kg box with only one type of sausage.

Hello Nicolas, thank you for your feedback and sorry for this longer delivery time than expected. For the downgraded basket, the composition varies with each shipment and is not guaranteed in variety — we still note your comment with interest.

Random quality. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes like this week's arrival, it's very average. Sausages delivered in a box. Out of the cold, they got hot, very sticky, dry, frankly not great. I think this is the last time we order from them.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Adrien, thank you for your feedback and sorry that this arrival was not up to the previous ones. Our dry sausages travel outside the cold chain (they don't need it), but high heat in transit can indeed alter the texture — we will raise this point internally. Feel free to write to us at [email protected] if you want us to look into this further.

Hello, while I had placed a first order a few months ago I was very satisfied with the products, especially the boxes with downgraded products, at the end of August I wanted to reorder the same type of box, this one arrived consisting of 80% sausages and 20% sausage, especially since during my previous order I had paid for the box 25% cheaper per kilo.

Hello Maxime, thank you for this detailed feedback and for your loyalty. We are sorry that this second order did not regain the balance of the first in terms of composition — it varies according to arrivals. For the price, we regularly offer promotions, and it may be that you came across one of them the first time. Thank you again for your loyalty!

Satisfied with the products, we couldn't resist tasting the first sausage that very evening ^^ It is excellent! My note is about the box. When I picked it up at the Post Office, I saw that on one side, it was relatively twisted and spread apart. As if someone had tried to reach in to access the contents. I was able to reach in myself and managed to touch the sausages. If I wanted to, I could surely have extracted a sausage from the package without too much effort. This worried me a bit and I weighed the package at home before opening it. Everything seemed fine and I was reassured :) My suggestion would be to put something in place, if possible, to block the access I mentioned to avoid potential thefts or anything else. A small animal could also sneak in easily, for example.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and for your honesty. We understand that the size/price ratio on these smaller formats can be bothersome — this is a comment we will pass on to the team. Thank you for trying the shop.

Sausage far too dry. In supermarkets, I have never found sausages this dried out.
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Jean-Pierre, thank you for your feedback. Our artisanal dry sausages are aged longer than in large distribution, which can result in a drier product — the season also plays a role, with summer intensifying drying. We understand that this changes habits, thank you for your comment.

Thank you for your feedback Michel, the texture can vary depending on the aging and the season — in summer, the heat intensifies drying — we also pass your comment on taste to the workshop.
