One of my sausages arrived moldy. After 3 emails and rather mixed comments on different social networks, I received a refund. We will taste the products to see if they are good. For that reason, I cannot rate higher for this order.

I regularly order sausages from the shop, but this order was catastrophic, the first one I received didn't even contain half of the items, I had to send a message to receive the rest of my order. The package arrived half open with one of the mini sausage packets open and half empty... however, the sausages are still just as delicious, and we enjoyed what was left. I give 4 stars because our other orders in previous months went very well and we are still very happy with the sausage shop!

Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, upon receiving our package of salami, we noticed that it had been gnawed by rodents. As a result, we had to throw away two bags of sausage. This inconvenience is all the more regrettable as it leads to financial losses, but especially considering the work invested and the animal slaughtered for its production. Could you consider using more robust or different packaging in the future to prevent such damage or losses related to transport and pests? The sausages were devoured in one evening. Note 5 stars for the smoked sausage. A delight to the smell and in the mouth. Delivery time respected and even ahead of schedule. That's a plus.

The sausages are good You can really taste it (herbs de Provence, goat cheese, smoked) They are delivered rather fresh (not dry and old) I didn't give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement (more flavors, a bit expensive, ....)

nothing to say about the customer service of the "sausage shop" which took our delivery problem into account: package dropped in a locker (another pickup point than the one we designated) with a big hole in the box. Some sausages were either lost or intentionally stolen. Partial refund by the seller. For the sausages, we appreciated the one with "beaufort". Mixed experience for now.
