As mentioned above, these sausages were probably set aside for their lower weight, which explains a more pronounced hardness — the heatwave this year may have also intensified the drying, although that does not explain everything. The first and second deliveries were good. The third delivery arrived after two weeks and had probably been sitting in the heat for ages. I had to throw away a quarter of it immediately. The fourth delivery hasn't even been shipped after two weeks apparently. If the product weren't so good, the third would have already been the last. But one learns from it.

The quality of the cold cuts is excellent and the taste is really there. The products seem to be of very good quality and are very tasty. However, I was a bit disappointed by the contents of the package. I received four bags of mini-sausages / appetizer sausages of different varieties, but no whole sausage. The mini-sausages interest us much less and we would have preferred a more balanced assortment with at least one traditional sausage. Despite this, the quality of the products remains impeccable.
