The products are excellent, on the other hand I paid extra to have the order sent by point relay in 48 hours, but I got it almost 1 week later.

The black olive grignottes arrived in an airtight plastic bag. They were sticky and very moist, far from being dry sausage. I contacted customer service by e-mail and received no reply.

It bothers me a lot to give you only 3 stars instead of the 5 you deserve! But you sent us an assortment of sausages, several of which are hazelnut flavoured, and my wife and I are allergic. Usually they're all plain, so I hadn't anticipated this! Too bad!

It's always good to have a sausage from the "boutique" to share with friends at an aperitif.

composition: far too many various additives, the natural flower had attracted me, I was wrong not to pay more attention to the rest!

In the box, among all the sausages, the tomato confits and the tubes of crême de marron are not protected against the "castagne" :-( Conclusion: one of the confits has broken and the tubes arrive crushed.

Sorry, but only one of the lot was good because it was still tender. The others are thin and far too hard to be appreciated. I wanted to try your site but unfortunately I won't be ordering from you again.

When I received the parcel, the bag of sausages was open and a cup was broken. What's more, I chose express delivery (24h) at a relay point, and I didn't receive it until 5 days after dispatch. I ordered it on the 15th, sent it on the 18th and received it on December 23rd. The sausages are still very good, but for a Christmas present it's not great to receive it in this condition.

Hello, I ordered several dobt boxes, one with downgraded sausages and when we offered it and opened it, the sausages had a sticky appearance and smelled of urine. We had to throw the whole box away. But no worries with the other boxes.

Very disappointed. I haven't tasted the sausages yet so I won't judge the product but then the food packaging and chrono frzsh is zero!!!! Delay low-end package in a vulgar cardboard .... For an evening saying box 1 offer is limit. My sausages were exposed because the packaging crushed under the parcels of the relay point!!!! You have to think at least a little about the transport and journey your food is going to make !!!!! Rigid cardboard boxes do exist !!!!! So clearly not happy and I've sent two emails I've had no response so soap non-existent!
