More than disappointed, I ordered minissons (sausage with a particular shape). When I opened my package, the bag being covered in grease inside, those were to be gifted, I decided to open the package and put them in a glass jar. Besides being very greasy (even for sausage), once the bag was opened I realized that the sausages had a very strong smell, I decided to taste one anyway, and they were disgusting. As a result, I had to throw everything away and find a new last-minute gift instead of these sausages

A completely relative experience. One of the discount codes purchased on the Groupon site did not work. The chat hotline was not satisfactory. I had to make my purchase without benefiting from my promotion. Fortunately, afterwards, I was refunded by your site the correct amount of the promotion. So.... The cardboard used for shipping was too small for the package. It was damaged where the sausages were protruding. Moreover, the sausages were not protected by plastic or paper, which allowed debris to infiltrate the cardboard through the perforations and tears. Food items should be shipped in a way that ensures their cleanliness. This was the second time I ordered from you. The first time, the packaging was correct. This time, it was catastrophic.

The sausage was just thrown loose and unpackaged into a box. I would have at least expected the sausages to be in a vacuum bag to protect food from possible harmful influences from the outside. I also find it inconvenient that the chili flakes from one sausage have spread to all sausages. Out of 12 possible sausage varieties, I received 3 varieties: a total of 11 sausages. Due to the negligent handling of food, only 1 star.

I am very disappointed with the delivery time which is expected between 48 to 72 hours, ordered on Tuesday before the Easter weekend and received the Wednesday after! More than a week later. It is understandable that not all 12 sausage varieties are represented in the package, but it is disappointing that only 4 different sausage varieties with 4 sausages each are in the 2 kg package. The more premium varieties with nuts or cheese are not represented at all. Overall, a bad purchase for me. There will be no repeat order.
