The package took a week to arrive! Ordered on Tuesday, it arrived the following Tuesday! Absent since the Monday before the package arrived, I had to ask a family member to freeze the sausages! How will they be after spending eight days in warehouses and trucks?

I ordered a 2kg package of downgraded sausages. I received a package weighing 1300g. Package intact and unopened. The sausages look very good but the order is not respected. Impossible to prove... I do not recommend.

Hello, unfortunately for a first order, not all indicators are green. First of all, the package arrived damaged and after weighing it turns out that some sausages are missing (weight less than 2 kg). Moreover, some sausages are very hard and sometimes bland... For a first direct supplier order, I admit I expected better. I hope to hear back from customer service to get a commercial gesture. Massive hygiene issues with the delivery. A hair was processed in the sausage mixture, the sausages arrived partially burst and were covered with fluffy dark mold. Additionally, the goods were shipped completely unprotected loose in a simple cardboard box. Unacceptable for food.

2 sausages are missing

I bought a 2kg box of downgraded mini sausages. The sausages are very good, no worries there. However, the packaging for shipping should also have been downgraded... The sausages were delivered directly in the shipping box, without any additional packaging or protection. With the care taken by the delivery people, the box was a bit bent and torn at the corner of the fold, which revealed the sausages inside. Fortunately, the hole wasn't big enough, otherwise I would have lost some sausages. During bulk sausage sales, it would be good if they were at least protected in the box by a sturdy bag or any other means securing the goods. This would also be beneficial for hygiene and the preservation of the products.

The ordering process went well but the taste quality (the flavor!) of the sausages was mediocre. They were downgraded products that I bought knowingly, supposed to be less perfect in appearance but quality in taste. I received products that were way too salty and tasted like low-end supermarket products. Maybe they ran out of downgraded sausages and gave me stocks from a different range than what they sell on the site.

The package arrived damaged and re-glued by the post, I weighed the sausages and there were only 1.5 kg for an order of 2 kg, I suspect that someone opened it and re-glued it. Anyway, not very satisfied. I sent an email to the sausage house without a response.

"Basic" products (pork and olives), no solutions offered following my dissatisfaction due to the lack of variety, it's just to get rid of products that customers do not take!!! I absolutely would not recommend your products for future orders.
