I contacted the shop via the online form to make an exchange because my purchase was conditioned by the desire to taste 1 unknown flavor. But I received no response! Not even to tell me that they could do nothing!

Hello, I have received the sausages as expected. My mother brought us a sausage after her visit to your establishment and we really enjoyed it (I had never tasted such good ones, and I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years) it was well dried, but the ones I received, when I pick them up, they stick to my hands, the skin is moist.
