The sausages are extremely good. The best I've ever had. BUT, I took the chrono13 delivery I ordered on a Wednesday.... I received it 1 week later... if you can't deliver in 24h or even 48h, remove this option it's really disappointing.

I ordered 2 kg of sausage. When I received my order, I only had 1.7 kg, i.e. 15% less than I had paid for! I asked for an explanation but received no reply from them. It's a scam, pure and simple. I don't recommend it.

I'm following my parcel...it's been in "preparation" since Thursday...that's a long time to prepare, isn't it! Order well received. Delivery on time. But unpleasant surprise on unpacking: part of the tapanade farandole packaging was torn and liquid had stained the cardboard packaging and dripped onto the advent calendar. Part of the tapanade was therefore no longer edible. One of the 2 packets of cookies was a bit crumbly, as it was badly packed and had no protection inside. In fact, part of the box was open due to a lack of adhesive, and the size of the box is too small for the size of the advent calendar, which made it difficult to remove.

Ridiculous packaging, the sausages were thrown into a cardboard box. The sausages underneath started to mould with the cardboard during transport. My wife wonders if you take us for pigs to pack in such a way. It's impossible to enter your intra-community VAT number on the website, which means you have to pay VAT for a company abroad. I've pointed this out to your IT guy, but he doesn't give a damn.
