The first and second deliveries were good. The third delivery arrived after two weeks and had probably been sitting in the heat for ages. I had to throw away a quarter of it immediately. The fourth delivery hasn't even been shipped after two weeks apparently. If the product weren't so good, the third would have already been the last. But one learns from it.

Sausages are always very good but we noticed that: - their size is decreasing? - the new labels are confusing between flavors and are less beautiful - the sausages are less dry upon arrival - there are regularly shortages during orders - !!! UPS delivery in hot weather should be avoided !!! It would be better to deliver in refrigerated trucks or ensuring a certain temperature! The delivery people leave the packages outside in the heat without handing them over to anyone. The mold on the sausages' skin develops quickly and makes the sausage less appealing and develops an unattractive smell!!! Especially since they sweat :/

Really unfortunate, the box containing the aperitif kit arrived broken. And we were missing the two heart sausages in our package. Very average 2 days before Father's Day... Customer service was okay, we were able to get a refund, but still disappointed.

At the time of the order, I was told a delivery time of one day (package delivered the next day). This time was not respected. It's not a big deal but it would be better to indicate longer times if you are not sure you can meet them. Additionally, there was a missing sausage in my order. I wanted to give it as a gift so this was very upsetting. I called customer service, not a single apology... I understand that the person on the other end is not responsible but still, it's the least they could do.
