Overall, the shopping experience is described as smooth and trustworthy, with timely shipping and sustained high quality.
Very good sausages, which we already knew from having gone on vacation in the region several times. Careful shipping (no breakage even though we also ordered beers!), fast. It's perfect! The heart-shaped sausage made an impression!

Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, upon receiving our package of salami, we noticed that it had been gnawed by rodents. As a result, we had to throw away two bags of sausage. This inconvenience is all the more regrettable as it leads to financial losses, but especially considering the work invested and the animal slaughtered for its production. Could you consider using more robust or different packaging in the future to prevent such damage or losses related to transport and pests? We would appreciate your suggestions and any indication of possible compensation. Sincerely, Timo Perzborn
