I would have liked the different varieties to be clearly identified. Aside from that, exquisite. The aperitif was a success.

In fact, I had a package of sausage sent as a gift to friends who are opening a campsite in Ballazuc. I just missed the opportunity to slip in a little message, so they didn't know who sent it to them. Not a big deal at all, it doesn't take away from the quality of the service and the sausage; but maybe you could add an option to 'leave your message'! To be continued. Thank you, Daniel

Happy Easter! Top-notch sausage, not too salty, nor too fatty, and especially with a non-rubbery skin.

always the same problem I have ordered 1 or 2 times 4 kg of downgraded sausages; and as every time I weighed my order and strangely 3.2 kg so there are 800 grams missing; like the last time where your preparers don't know how to count: either you are stealing your buyers
