At the time of the order, I was told a delivery time of one day (package delivered the next day). This time was not respected. It's not a big deal but it would be better to indicate longer times if you are not sure you can meet them. Additionally, there was a missing sausage in my order. I wanted to give it as a gift so this was very upsetting. I called customer service, not a single apology... The sausage was thrown into a cardboard box without paper, the box was damaged when it arrived. Half of the sausage was covered with thick fuzzy mold, some also had brown mold spots. My email is not being responded to. Total flop! Never again!

More than disappointed, I ordered minissons (sausage with a particular shape). When I opened my package, the bag being covered in grease inside, those were to be gifted, I decided to open the package and put them in a glass jar. Besides being very greasy (even for sausage), once the bag was opened I realized that the sausages had a very strong smell, I decided to taste one anyway, and they were disgusting. As a result, I had to throw everything away and find a new last-minute gift instead of these sausages
