Not satisfied with my experience with this seller.

Quite unappetizing aspect, no brand, no DLC reference. I find the concept very limited! I would not recommend anymore. Lack of transparency about the announced quality!

Negative Review for The Sausage Shop (Declassified Product) I am very disappointed with my order of "declassified" products for a total amount of 40€. Even knowing that I was buying declassified items, I expected a quality far superior to what I received. Non-compliance with the photo: The most problematic point is the representation of the product on the site. The online photo is absolutely not representative of the actual state and appearance of the sausages received. It is a deception that misleads the buyer. Insufficient quality: The overall quality of the products is well below what is acceptable, even for declassified items. This is a 40€ shopping experience that will not be repeated. Word of mouth is an important factor, and I will not fail to share this very disappointing experience with my circle. Final rating: 1/5 (due to the lack of transparency regarding the actual product photo).

Of the 4 Advent calendars I ordered, the mini chorizo sausages were rotten and the large ones from yesterday were not finished and smelled of ammonia, so there was a huge loss in just 8 days already.

Hello, the weight indicated on the order is not the same as when we receive it, a difference of 120g, so disappointed.

We placed the order on 26/11 and it still hasn't arrived! (It's 05/12). I also haven't received a response to my complaint email. I am very disappointed!

The advent calendar is not wrapped, so some boxes are slightly open due to transport.

Disappointed because the sausages in the calendar are not individually wrapped in each compartment. We lose quality, what a shame.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. Indeed, the sausages are very very hard, they look like stones, which makes them very difficult to eat. It's a shame, but the trash can is happy! I will not renew my purchase next year.

Hello, a little disappointment with the first box which ... was empty! My daughter opened the second one to check.. there was indeed a sausage. Let's hope this will be the only empty box. Have a good day.

I did not receive what I ordered. What I received was spicy, chorizo, and hazelnut sausages, and very small sausages, while I had ordered small strings and all pork. This means we will not eat what we received. Before, I used to go through Amazon and we got what we ordered. This time we wanted to go directly through the producer and we received anything.

Will not recommend. Does not send the ordered products but others due to stock shortage!

Hello, I just received my advent calendar and I opened the first window today. Unfortunately, the sausage had a sour taste, which seems abnormal to me, and after consumption, I had digestive issues accompanied by diarrhea. I am attaching photos of the calendar so you can see the condition upon receipt. I prefer not to consume the other products until I have your confirmation on their compliance. I can provide photos if necessary. Thank you for your quick response.

Purchase of the box 10 flavors or 2 sausages has been replaced on the 10, it is indicated in the announcement that if 1 flavor is missing it is replaced by 1 olive (I received instead 1 olive and 1 comté). The flavors are therefore random but this is not specified in the announcement! I contacted the shop via the online form to make an exchange because my purchase was conditioned by the desire to taste 1 unknown flavor. But I received no response! Not even to tell me that they could do nothing!

I ordered several on the site and so far no issues. The last order was not the same as the others, the package was opened and resealed during delivery.

Disappointed by the content and the packaging

Only one sausage was very good but we were super disappointed by the other three, too bad they lacked cheese, even after four slices cut, still nothing. Very disappointed.
