Sausages are always very good but we noticed that: - their size is decreasing? - the new labels are confusing between flavors and are less beautiful - the sausages are less dry upon arrival - there are regularly shortages during orders - !!! UPS delivery in hot weather should be avoided !!! It would be better to deliver in refrigerated trucks or ensuring a certain temperature! The delivery people leave the packages outside in the heat without handing them over to anyone. The mold on the sausages' skin develops quickly and makes the sausage less appealing and develops an unattractive smell!!! Especially since they sweat :/

it's very simple, the best online shop for selling sausages! you can order with your eyes closed, a human-sized company that would make the big ones blush. Bravo!

A bit disappointed with my last order, sausages in the box completely soft.
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Jeremy, thank you for your feedback. We send our sausages rather soft, the texture being a matter of preference, but feel free to let them dry for a few days in the open air: with the heat they harden quite quickly. We are sorry that those in this box seemed completely soft to you and we note your comment.

All the sausages were moldy in their packaging
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Caroline, as previously mentioned, it is actually the natural bloom of our sausages and not mold — our heart sausages are systematically checked before shipping. Please feel free to contact us again with photos if any doubt persists. We are still sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The package was damaged during delivery and had a large hole. It is unclear whether the unpackaged sausage in the package is still intact and, above all, whether it is still edible. The hygienic conditions are unclear due to the open package. Customer service has not responded to my complaints for a week.

Sausage arrives with mold.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Mandy, it is actually the natural bloom that develops on our dry sausages, and not mold — an article on our site explains it in detail: https://laboutiquedessaucissons.fr/blogs/news/fleur-naturelle. Please feel free to contact us with photos if you have any doubts. We are still sorry for the concern this may have caused.

The different sausages that made up the package were very good with great flavors. The only problem is that I tasted them blind because the identification of the colored strings is a bit hit or miss as they were more or less faded. I had to start several in order to taste all the different flavors. Too bad, but famous!

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Thank you Marc for this feedback, glad that you liked the flavors! We take note of the difficulty in identification related to the colored strings, sometimes less visible, and we will pass this point to the workshop for improvement.
