The store consistently delivers excellent sausages with varied options, including tomme, comté, and goat, and customers highlight reliable, fast delivery and responsive service when issues arise. The product quality stands out with descriptions of flavorful, well-dried cuts, real cheese inclusions, and distinct regional flavors that delight the palate. Customers repeatedly express strong satisfaction and loyalty, noting repeat orders, renewals, and recommendations to others. Overall, the shopping experience is described as smooth and trustworthy, with timely shipping and sustained high quality.
Out of 2kg of discounted sausages, although it is the lottery game, I only received the same type of sausage + 1 chorizo. More diversity would have been appreciated... otherwise the sausage is very good.

Thank you Amory for this very clear feedback! You summarize the principle of the discounted selection well: it is a real lottery on the composition, impossible to guarantee in advance. Glad the taste is there, and we note the desire for diversity.

The sausages have the good taste of those you buy in the countryside in Ardèche, which is perfect.

The first time I ordered, I had different types of sausages. This time I only got one type, it's a bit of a shame honestly.

Thank you for your honesty Nicolas. As mentioned above, variety is never guaranteed on the downgraded items, but we take note of your disappointment for this order.

They are excellent, maybe a bit too much Perche sausage compared to the salami but let's not deny our pleasure.

Excellent sausages made in an artisanal way with a very specific taste from Ardèche. Between the promotion and the discount coupon, I spent 20 euros including shipping for 2 kg of downgraded sausages. Do not hesitate to buy these excellent sausages for your appetizers or the beginning of meals.

The sausages were indeed advertised as downgraded, but those received are far too hard and dry. It is also very difficult to remove the skin.
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Francois-Regis, thank you for your feedback. The texture can vary depending on the aging of the downgraded pieces, and a skin that is difficult to remove often comes from the natural casing used, which is harder to remove than an artificial casing — we note your comment for our selection.

Very good sausages and of perfect quality, unfortunately in my last order 95% were pure pork sausage without any different varieties like hazelnut, cheese, or others. I understand that it remains random depending on your downgraded stocks, the promotion is interesting but no discovery apart from the pure pork, really a shame, this is my second experience but it will be the last. Best regards. Haye Denis.

Quality products, quantitative, only small remark, in my first orders the flavors were more diversified, with sausages presenting various tastes. But this does not detract from the quality of the products sold in your store. See you soon

I am satisfied but just disappointed to have received one chorizo and the rest plain sausages. After all, that's the game, but I would have preferred a mix of sausages. Last time it was more mixed.

Hello Mike, thank you for your feedback, we are glad you are satisfied! The composition of the downgraded packages varies with each order according to arrivals, so the mix is never guaranteed, but we note your preference for more variety! See you soon!
