fast delivery

Hello, I just received my advent calendar and I opened the first window today. Unfortunately, the sausage had a sour taste, which seems abnormal to me, and after consumption, I had digestive issues accompanied by diarrhea. Very nice packaging, fast delivery. The flavors of the sausage are written on the small traps, the only downside is that some traps are already slightly open.

My mother brought us a sausage after her visit to your establishment and we really enjoyed it (I had never tasted such good ones, and I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years) it was well dried, but the ones I received, when I pick them up, they stick to my hands, the skin is moist. They still taste very good but visually and to the touch, I have questions. That's it. Have a good weekend

Despite my report on the incorrect packaging, I recommend these sausages, but it's a shame not to have received any feedback on this lack of hygiene for the sausages that were touching the cartons directly.

Disappointed by the content and the packaging

A bit disappointed by your goat cheese sausage which is usually much more generous in cheese (no cheese taste this time). However, all the others are always great, and nothing to say about the delivery service.

I ordered 6 kg of downgraded sausages. They are very good and you can't tell at all that they are downgraded. Great!! I just would have liked to have a larger mix. I only got plain and a little with cheese. But that may depend on what you have left... However, I take away one star for the colissimo delivery which was a disaster. You absolutely need to change the shipping method for food. The package was sent on the same day as the order, thank you very much. However, the post office left my package in their truck for 3 days during a heatwave!! I received emails every day saying that the post office had a problem and that my package would take longer than expected. As a result, the sausages arrived all warm and sweating... The post office is getting worse and worse. It's better to use a specialized carrier because the post office doesn't care at all.

I received 8 identical plain sausages.... in short, they could have mixed it up a bit.....

So I already had to follow up to get my delivery because they forgot to deliver it to me, and instead of 2kg of sausages as ordered, I weighed it at home, it only weighs 1.172 kg! Just by carrying the package, we could feel that it didn't weigh 2kg!! Disappointed, I do not recommend!

On the other hand, like many online merchants, you could charge the order at the time of shipment!!!
