No delivery received! Annoying. If it still comes, hopefully the quality will at least be satisfactory! If not, tough luck, and I won't order online anymore, which I have been doing less and less!

Error in the order, no contacts before refund following the email sent. I wanted my item and not a refund precisely. The communication is poor. I did not make the mistake, but it is not very professional to tell me that they do not ship an item even if they are responsible.

Super high-quality cured sausages, but the dry sausage and fuet range has already arrived way too dry, impossible to keep for a minimum amount of time.

Very disappointed with the delivery, indeed, the country pâté box was open, the packaging was grossly taped, the grease had leaked and the package was greasy. After the complaint, the only response received was: refunded

The sausages are excellent, special mention for the IGP from Ardèche. The only downside is the 6 days delivery via UPS. This delivery service is a disaster.

Unfortunately, in the box of declassified sausages, there were only pure pork sausages and 2 chorizos, no other flavors, so a bit disappointed. However, the sausages are good, so my rating remains good.

I had two different sausages in shape but not so much in taste. The quality was good but next time I will order other sausages.

Declassified box The sausages are very very good and for this price go for it without hesitation However I am a bit disappointed with my second box because the colors of the threads indicating the taste according to the provided sheet did not match at all

I received my package on time but the small toasts were under the heaviest items and as a result, they are all broken, this is absolutely not presentable for my guests, I am disappointed, I sent a complaint email and I am still waiting for a response.

Fast delivery, top sausage. The only small downside is perhaps the packaging in summer; when received, it was still 35 degrees for several days.

Second order where I am disappointed, the first where we do not receive what is described on the site, the second on a downgraded batch where the sausages do not have the same quality as previous orders.

Everything is fine. However, I wanted to test the filet mignon from Occitanie. Everything is fine, except for the filet mignon from Occitanie that I wanted to test and turns out to be a real disappointment!! Soft, not dry - tasteless (no flavor), in short, how can you sell such a product??

Package received very quickly. I just have one remark, a sheet of food paper between the cardboard and the product would be appreciated, the food touching the cardboard is surprising in terms of food hygiene. As for the quality of the product, it is intended for a friend but visually it looks very positive.

Non-compliant food packaging. Sausage in straw delivered in a very damaged box during transport. Impossible to eat the sausages due to the risk of contamination.

Loyal customer and satisfied review not to be published just 2 critiques. 1/ packaging too succinct the strong smell even if it is pleasant should be better contained…………… 2/The most annoying the wood packing of the resinous too fresh manifestly the strong nauseating smell mixed with the smell of the sausages. The worst this frayed wood sticks to the reformed sausages and others have to be brushed despite everything particles remain and as the skin is eaten problem, too bad and annoying!
