Order placed on December 5, 2024 at 6:23pm, it is now December 15, no news of my order which should normally have arrived by 8-9/12 at the latest. Only 1 of my emails has been answered, since then nothing. My parcel tracker says that the parcel is being prepared at the sender's, I don't know where my parcel is ...... Today I'm asking for my parcel to be refunded, please. A little feeling of being ripped off.....

I was disappointed by the way the products were packaged, as they wandered around in these oversized boxes.
