No big sausages in the package, a bit of a shame! Otherwise well dried and delicious. However, there was a small problem with the package being opened before receipt, not surprising given the advertisement on the box, it makes you want it... as a result, one sausage was missing, situation resolved by phone.

The sausages are good but the packaging of some sausages in bags, although we respect the storage condition, can sometimes 'turn'. However, in terms of taste, the sausages are appreciated by our customers. It's a shame for the olive sausage which was our best-seller!

A completely relative experience. One of the discount codes purchased on the Groupon site did not work. The chat hotline was not satisfactory. I had to make my purchase without benefiting from my promotion. Fortunately, afterwards, I was refunded by your site the correct amount of the promotion. So.... I will not attempt this type of purchase again. Too risky as a process.

The cardboard used for shipping was too small for the package. It was damaged where the sausages were protruding. Moreover, the sausages were not protected by plastic or paper, which allowed debris to infiltrate the cardboard through the perforations and tears. Food items should be shipped in a way that ensures their cleanliness. This was the second time I ordered from you. The first time, the packaging was correct. This time, it was catastrophic.

The sausage was just thrown loose and unpackaged into a box. I would have at least expected the sausages to be in a vacuum bag to protect food from possible harmful influences from the outside. I also find it inconvenient that the chili flakes from one sausage have spread to all sausages. Out of 12 possible sausage varieties, I received 3 varieties: a total of 11 sausages. Due to the negligent handling of food, only 1 star.

I am very disappointed with the delivery time which is expected between 48 to 72 hours, ordered on Tuesday before the Easter weekend and received the Wednesday after! More than a week later. Too bad it was for an Easter gift. Email sent to find out where the order is, no response received to this day yet... I wouldn't have ordered if I had known about the delay
