I ordered a 2kg package of downgraded sausages. I received a package weighing 1300g. Package intact and unopened. The sausages look very good but the order is not respected. Impossible to prove... I do not recommend.

Hello, unfortunately for a first order, not all indicators are green. First of all, the package arrived damaged and after weighing it turns out that some sausages are missing (weight less than 2 kg). Moreover, some sausages are very hard and sometimes bland... For a first direct supplier order, I admit I expected better. I hope to hear back from customer service to get a commercial gesture. I can't really judge based on a single order. I am therefore waiting for a delivery (as compensation, at the producer's expense) to form a real opinion. Best regards,

Massive hygiene issues with the delivery. A hair was processed in the sausage mixture, the sausages arrived partially burst and were covered with fluffy dark mold. Additionally, the goods were shipped completely unprotected loose in a simple cardboard box. Unacceptable for food.

good value for money. A paper to wrap but which is not sufficient for the sausages not to be in contact with the cardboard (sanitary rules) it smells very good. they are good. Hard to spot the varieties but we will taste. I would recommend if there is a promotion thank you

Order of declassified mini sausages. Overall good. But as usual, in bulk, with no way to identify them... what is checked in the variety sheet clearly does not correspond to what we actually received!!!! AND ABOVE ALL not the list of ingredients!!! I am disappointed with my order. Package received with a broken jar of jam inside, missing straw. I sent an email, no response to this day. I already had a packaging problem at Christmas, otherwise the products are of very good quality and I would not have placed orders again if that were not the case. Your sausages are as good as Dulcity's. But please could you review your packaging. Best regards.
