I received a package where many sausages are extremely hard or even inedible. I made a complaint without a response

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Oceane, we are sincerely sorry for this experience — sausages that hard that they become inedible is clearly not the quality level we aim for. We are also sorry that your complaint went unanswered. We will get back to you directly by email to find a solution.

I regularly order for several months to supply my Spanish business and I have never been disappointed. The different varieties of sausages, especially the Ardèche IGP, the sausages with beaufort, goat cheese, and roquefort, sell very well and are very popular. It's a reliable partner. I highly recommend.

Everything went well. One downside though: the 5 tubes of chestnut cream that were insufficiently packaged arrived completely dented!

Very well I am very satisfied with the declassified sausages however I would have liked to have the labels of the sausages in order to know how to differentiate them and know the allergens, I hope this will be addressed in the future

Hello, it's true that the sausages are not well sliced. But the site delivers and the sausages are very good. I took 4 kilos of goods, I'm set for a while but I will recommend soon!
