the parcel arrived 8 days after the order, whereas the time indicated on the site was 3 days :( The fault of the Post Office, my contact at the after-sales service told me, but unfortunately this won't make me recommend it (or the site).

The sausages are extremely good. The best I've ever had. BUT, I took the chrono13 delivery I ordered on a Wednesday.... I received it 1 week later... if you can't deliver in 24h or even 48h, remove this option it's really disappointing.

I ordered 2 kg of sausage. When I received my order, I only had 1.7 kg, i.e. 15% less than I had paid for! I asked for an explanation but received no reply from them. It's a scam, pure and simple. I don't recommend it.

10 days after ordering, still no reception...even though it's an advent calendar that has to go to Reunion! I'm following my parcel...it's been in "preparation" since Thursday...that's a long time to prepare, isn't it!
