Borderline scam. I'm thinking of doing a meat analysis. My order has gone to waste.

It would be perfect if the administrative follow-up really followed the rest; so to be improved on this point!

it's a pity that the chronofresch deliveryman is totally dishonest the parcel brought only on thursday 7th july was THROWN over the grate in the garden where the temperature was 31°, fortunately we got it back before dark I think you are obliged to warn this service, for my part I have made 3 complaints for the moment without any answer I am thinking before using this service pity for your house good to you S.Lupé

the sausages taken (3 of the same) are very good... The pâtés...not so good...the flavor isn't there enough if it's homemade pasta - which we thought it was - but we'll probably recommend - at least for the sausage - soon.

very good product, the only downside is that the sausages are far too dry, almost inedible.

Very pleasant, supple, I regret having taken only one category, I look forward to testing other "flavors".

I made this order with the intention of giving it as a gift, and that hasn't happened yet. I think it will be a real treat for this sausage lover.

no real opinion, the parcel having arrived empty (emptied during transport presumably). On the other hand, I'm still waiting to hear from the sausage store about what's next.

Thank you for this excellent dry sausage. In future we would prefer a softer dry sausage.

hello i ordered my parcel on 7/04 and i was supposed to receive it on 12/04unfortunately i was not at home at that time so the order went to listant no problem but i had to wait until 25/04 to receive an email from the company telling me that my parcel had arrived at my home as this was not the case so i pressed the button "i have not received my parcel" but now it's been 4 days since i had any news.

Lack of variety in the "downgraded sausages" basket. Labels on these sausages would be a plus to recommend the ones we like best.

Very fast delivery. The products were delicious and much appreciated. The only downside for me was the packaging. I had ordered a Christmas box as a gift, and I thought it would arrive in a ready-to-give box. In the end, the products arrived loose in the box. I was a bit disappointed.

First order, unfortunately received with a broken terrine. However, very quickly a second box was sent to me. Perfect after-sales service and superb product quality. Only the packaging needs to be reworked, otherwise everything's fine. I recommend

Very good quality products, problem-free delivery. It's a pity that with regular orders and substantial amounts, the little gift that always makes people happy is missing.

the store and the products are ok. Except for the presence of nitrite in the products. On the other hand, the chronopost freh carrier is not at all up to scratch. So it's 4 stars and zero for the carrier.

Very good, very good, only downside, I set chronofresh for home delivery and am automatically delivered to a relay point. But that's more of a chronofresh problem

I took a parcel of downgraded sausages, and they're great. The only thing that bothers me, probably because they're downgraded, is that there's no label on the sausages, so you don't know what you're going to eat until you taste them. But I love the concept.
