Package received on time but the state of the pâté in the jar is liquid, the anchovy spread shows traces of mold... I am very disappointed it was for a gift and it was really very embarrassing

it's very simple, the best online shop for selling sausages! you can order with your eyes closed, a human-sized company that would make the big ones blush. Bravo!

the delivery scheduled for Friday was not made before Monday so the sausages stayed in full heat in a depot on Monday they were all sweating

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Nicolas, we are really sorry that the carrier postponed the delivery, which exposed your products to the heat in the middle of summer. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so that we can find a solution together.

Really unfortunate, the box containing the aperitif kit arrived broken. And we were missing the two heart sausages in our package. Very average 2 days before Father's Day... Customer service was okay, we were able to get a refund, but still disappointed.

A bit disappointed with my last order, sausages in the box completely soft.
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Jeremy, thank you for your feedback. We send our sausages rather soft, the texture being a matter of preference, but feel free to let them dry for a few days in the open air: with the heat they harden quite quickly. We are sorry that those in this box seemed completely soft to you and we note your comment.
