The sausages are great, ready to taste, but the delivery by Colissimo is catastrophic.... The package wandered for a week before being delivered to the pickup point. It's really a shame

This is the 3rd time I order and I almost always get the same varieties (plain and plain curved sausage) The price is interesting but it lacks a lot of variety, what a shame!

Thank you William for your loyalty and this honest feedback. We understand the frustration of often getting the same varieties — it only depends on the current declassified stock, but we take note to try to better vary your next shipments.

2 kg of downgraded packages, very good sausages. Too bad there's only one variety in the package.

Sausages of good quality, super good, the shape does not affect the taste, on the contrary, I will make sure to praise them to my friends

This is my 3rd order, this time the package was neat, the sausages were sorted into bags by category, which made it possible to identify them (unlike the previous 2 orders where everything was mixed), let's hope this continues.

The "downgraded" sausages lack variety and are really extremely dry.

Package arrived 4 days after the scheduled date, so after the event for which the sausages were intended, and at a pickup point much further away than initially planned.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Valentin, we are sincerely sorry — a delay that makes you miss your event is particularly troublesome, not to mention the change of pickup point. Please feel free to write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we want to understand what happened with the carrier.

Of course, these are classified sausages, but there is no label to know the nature of the sausage.

The first and second deliveries were good. The third delivery arrived after two weeks and had probably been sitting in the heat for ages. I had to throw away a quarter of it immediately. The fourth delivery hasn't even been shipped after two weeks apparently. If the product weren't so good, the third would have already been the last. But one learns from it.
