nothing to say about the customer service of the "sausage shop" which took our delivery problem into account: package dropped in a locker (another pickup point than the one we designated) with a big hole in the box. Some sausages were either lost or intentionally stolen. Partial refund by the seller. For the sausages, we appreciated the one with "beaufort". Mixed experience for now.

It is understandable that not all 12 sausage varieties are represented in the package, but it is disappointing that only 4 different sausage varieties with 4 sausages each are in the 2 kg package. My opinion concerns the "Bleu-Blanc-Coeur" dry sausage. I am very disappointed with my last order! While I appreciated my first two orders (I bought them by 10), I do not understand this last order: too salty, and with a different texture. It is clearly no longer the same! Moreover, there is no composition (which is mandatory and appears on other products), and I emailed to ask why; I am still waiting for a response... Very disappointed... and I have 8 to eat. I won't be fooled again. This shows that the quality of a product may not be consistent.
