Hello, I placed an order in March and I received expired cakes!!! (to be consumed before 5012025) Savory pesto cakes.. I still tasted them.. inedible!!! This is unacceptable when doing online sales, one should at least check the expiration dates!!!

Out of 3 orders, over several months, 2 times some sausages were too dry. And it only took 5 days to arrive in Denmark. Otherwise, of course, they are good. 😃

Package delivered to a pickup point. One of the two was opened above the warranty band. The remaining weight was 1.250 Kg instead of 2 Kg. This does not happen with the mailman. Disappointed with the behavior of one of the delivery people. This is the first time I am unhappy.

I tried the experience and I do not regret it because the sausages are very good. However, I will not repeat this experience because they are too fatty for my taste (I am used to eating dried meat that I prepare myself) and they contain nitrite salts.

Excellent products. On the other hand, my Chronofresh parcel arrived ripped on 2 corners, which exposed the sausages to the air during transport... you should therefore reinforce your shipping boxes or wrap the products in paper bags to protect them more in the event of a rip in the shipping box.

Surprise upon opening the package of downgraded mini sausages, they don't look anything like the photo, they resemble beads that need to be resized. However, this does not affect the taste at all. On this subject, a big surprise was that they were olive-flavored... too bad no one likes that at home. A bit more transparency would avoid unpleasant surprises and a lower price than the one offered should be applied.

Excellent products, delivered quickly. We love the 'ugly' sausage box; to us, they are very beautiful and everyone loves them. Just a small disappointment with the Copa we ordered before Christmas; it was so dry that we had to ask a friend to slice it with his equipment.

I ordered 2 batches of downgraded sausages and received a lot of sausages with cheese, which I don't like! It would be nice to know what to expect, or even better, to be able to specify our choice of downgraded sausages when ordering. As for the plain ones, the quality is top-notch, but there's a lot of wastage. It's a real shame.
