Customers repeatedly express strong satisfaction and loyalty, noting repeat orders, renewals, and recommendations to others. Overall, the shopping experience is described as smooth and trustworthy, with timely shipping and sustained high quality.
I received three different types of salami. I have tried two so far and they are super delicious. Definitely worth the price and I am positively surprised. I have no complaints about the taste of the product. Keep it up!

Super good sausages! Ultra fast shipping: order placed and shipped the next day, then received in just 2 to 3 days. A little gift included in the package, what more could you ask for? I recommend without hesitation!

At the time of the order, I was told a delivery time of one day (package delivered the next day). This time was not respected. It's not a big deal but it would be better to indicate longer times if you are not sure you can meet them. Additionally, there was a missing sausage in my order. I wanted to give it as a gift so this was very upsetting. I called customer service, not a single apology... I understand that the person on the other end is not responsible but still, it's the least they could do.
