The 2 sausages arrived moldy...I am not happy with my order. What do you propose?

The package tracking didn't work, once my package arrived I was disappointed by the size of the sausage it's all thin and small I expected something bigger for the price...

At the time of the order, I was told a delivery time of one day (package delivered the next day). This time was not respected. It's not a big deal but it would be better to indicate longer times if you are not sure you can meet them. Additionally, there was a missing sausage in my order. I wanted to give it as a gift so this was very upsetting. I called customer service, not a single apology... I understand that the person on the other end is not responsible but still, it's the least they could do.

Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, upon receiving our package of salami, we noticed that it had been gnawed by rodents. As a result, we had to throw away two bags of sausage. This inconvenience is all the more regrettable as it leads to financial losses, but especially considering the work invested and the animal slaughtered for its production. Could you consider using more robust or different packaging in the future to prevent such damage or losses related to transport and pests? The glass was broken overall I am not satisfied moreover it was for a gift

Not many varieties and sometimes poor quality sausages (difficult to remove casings, mold, etc).

Customer service unfortunately not reachable. Wrote several emails, received no response. Ordered goods were fine.

1.) Design the homepage multi-lingual or adapt it to the customers! 2.) The instruction manual should be in German or designed multi-lingual! 3.) Pack the sausage better inside the shipping box - was loose in the box?

2 stars for good delivery. I don't like the sausages at all, expected something like Aoste...

Sausages very very very downgraded, very very very disappointed compared to my first purchase which was identical. In the downgrade, you should set levels... Delay in delivery, package arrived very very very dirty...

No interesting varieties, nearly everything tasted the same. Should have something with olive included. None. Also no chorizo!! 80% extremely fatty, real fat flakes. However, the mini sausages in the bag were great. The large ones should be like that too! Will not buy again.

It is understandable that not all 12 sausage varieties are represented in the package, but it is disappointing that only 4 different sausage varieties with 4 sausages each are in the 2 kg package. The more premium varieties with nuts or cheese are not represented at all. Overall, a bad purchase for me. There will be no repeat order.

Unfortunately, the choice of sausages was very monotonous. I received goat cheese by mistake three times. It was the heaviest. What a pity!

My opinion concerns the "Bleu-Blanc-Coeur" dry sausage. I am very disappointed with my last order! While I appreciated my first two orders (I bought them by 10), I do not understand this last order: too salty, and with a different texture. It is clearly no longer the same! Moreover, there is no composition (which is mandatory and appears on other products), and I emailed to ask why; I am still waiting for a response... Very disappointed... and I have 8 to eat. I won't be fooled again. This shows that the quality of a product may not be consistent.

Deplorable hygiene. Coppa and figatellu simply placed in an UNSEALED paper bag. Result: one of the figatellus was wandering in the damaged box. One order, not two.

Hello, we are quite disappointed regarding the variety of our package, which consists of only two different sausages, the pure pork and the one with nuts. According to the description and feedback from some colleagues on a social network, most had between 3 and 4 different varieties and many mini sausages, which we did not see at all. Moreover, some received packages weighing more than 2 kg 2 and 2 kg 3, while ours weighed a little less than 2 kg... Otherwise, regarding the taste, nothing to complain about except that some are fresh while others are as hard as wood, which can be understood. We have not yet tasted the one with nuts, but we are still satisfied with the taste quality of the sausages. The disappointment means we cannot give 3 stars, which is a shame since in terms of taste the sausages deserve at least 4 stars for the three we tasted. Best regards.
