I wanted to have a direct contact but no... Just an error in the order: 2 orders made. 1 a pack of mini sausages and the other in downgraded sausages but received 2 orders of mini sausages.... nothing serious in itself but I would have liked to be contacted to discuss it...........

Hello, the sausage was not in its box upon arrival. A small piece of tape was missing to close the box and some padding would have been welcome to secure the box. Too bad

Packaging insufficient. The sausages come into direct contact with the cardboard box and printed! A completely relative experience. One of the discount codes purchased on the Groupon site did not work. The chat hotline was not satisfactory. I had to make my purchase without benefiting from my promotion. Fortunately, afterwards, I was refunded by your site the correct amount of the promotion. So.... I will not attempt this type of purchase again. Too risky as a process.

Hello, unfortunately for a first order, not all indicators are green. First of all, the package arrived damaged and after weighing it turns out that some sausages are missing (weight less than 2 kg). Moreover, some sausages are very hard and sometimes bland... For a first direct supplier order, I admit I expected better. I hope to hear back from customer service to get a commercial gesture. I can't really judge based on a single order. I am therefore waiting for a delivery (as compensation, at the producer's expense) to form a real opinion. Best regards,
