Regarding the appearance of the charcuterie, please note that our sausages and dry cured meats naturally develop a fluff called "fleur" during aging, which can be white, gray, or even slightly greenish and may present small black spots in places: this is a natural and harmless phenomenon, but sometimes difficult to distinguish from real mold without seeing the product. One of my sausages arrived moldy. After 3 emails and rather mixed comments on different social networks, I received a refund. We will taste the products to see if they are good. For that reason, I cannot rate higher for this order.

I regularly order sausages from the shop, but this order was catastrophic, the first one I received didn't even contain half of the items, I had to send a message to receive the rest of my order. The package arrived half open with one of the mini sausage packets open and half empty... however, the sausages are still just as delicious, and we enjoyed what was left. I give 4 stars because our other orders in previous months went very well and we are still very happy with the sausage shop!
