2 sausages are missing

I bought a 2kg box of downgraded mini sausages. The sausages are very good, no worries there. However, the packaging for shipping should also have been downgraded... The sausages were delivered directly in the shipping box, without any additional packaging or protection. With the care taken by the delivery people, the box was a bit bent and torn at the corner of the fold, which revealed the sausages inside. Fortunately, the hole wasn't big enough, otherwise I would have lost some sausages. During bulk sausage sales, it would be good if they were at least protected in the box by a sturdy bag or any other means securing the goods. This would also be beneficial for hygiene and the preservation of the products.

If the product is very good, the quality of the packaging clearly leaves something to be desired: The sausages are in the same box, hygiene-wise it's average

Little communication, I asked to be delivered to a relay point but I was delivered at home via colissimo...

The ordering process went well but the taste quality (the flavor!) of the sausages was mediocre. They were downgraded products that I bought knowingly, supposed to be less perfect in appearance but quality in taste. I received products that were way too salty and tasted like low-end supermarket products. Maybe they ran out of downgraded sausages and gave me stocks from a different range than what they sell on the site.

Most of the sausages were good, but unfortunately some seemed to be spoiled: the skin had green spots and was inedible to the taste. I think the packaging of the sausages, just thrown into a box without any protection, is not irrelevant.

I think it's a shame to have only 2 different sausages...

I expected much better from a producer and especially no indication of the origin of the meat.

Sticky sausages

The sausages were packed in a hermetic bag. This caused condensation and my order was very humid. No indication on the taste of the sausages (useful for allergies).

The sausages were sent in bulk directly in a box without packaging. All the sausages contain nitrites.

As always, I am very satisfied with the quality of the products, but I am very unhappy with the delivery times for this order.

I can indeed be reserved, it's the judge I conceived. I ordered a surprise box but only got plain sausages, so be careful, they are very good, no problem there. But I admit I'm a bit reserved for next time because not even one sausage I can taste to know if it's good to recommend. Too bad, we'll see next time if I order or not.

A bit disappointed, sausages good overall but you can hardly taste most of the different flavors (truffle, cantal, hazelnut...). Should be marked more for future production. As it stands, I would not recommend.

Very long to receive

Good sausages, but the order arrived a week after the purchase, contrary to what was indicated (48-78h)!

I must admit that I am quite disappointed, I ordered two discovery sausage boxes for two different gifts and I received all the sausages in the same box, I find that a bit. Too bad especially at the arrival of the holidays. One would think that several orders from the same person on the site should be distributed in different boxes, apart from that, the sausages smell very good and look delicious

The sausages are of good quality. But the snacks I ordered were missing and were not in the boxes.

Too dry sausages

Hello, I have received the sausages as expected. My mother brought us a sausage after her visit to your establishment and we really enjoyed it (I had never tasted such good ones, and I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years) it was well dried, but the ones I received, when I pick them up, they stick to my hands, the skin is moist. They still taste very good but visually and to the touch, I have questions. That's it. Have a good weekend

Despite my report on the incorrect packaging, I recommend these sausages, but it's a shame not to have received any feedback on this lack of hygiene for the sausages that were touching the cartons directly.

A bit disappointed by your goat cheese sausage which is usually much more generous in cheese (no cheese taste this time). However, all the others are always great, and nothing to say about the delivery service.

Good product, but I ordered 2kg of downgraded sausage, I received 1kg600, a bit disappointing

It's a pity there wasn't a mix. Out of 4kg, only 2 sausages, usually more choices.
