Delivery too long and deli meat damaged (mold)
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Amandine, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delivery delay. Regarding the appearance of the charcuterie, please note that our sausages and dry cured meats naturally develop a fluff called "fleur" during aging, which can be white, gray, or even slightly greenish and may present small black spots in places: this is a natural and harmless phenomenon, but sometimes difficult to distinguish from real mold without seeing the product. We will contact you directly to clarify things together and find a solution if needed. Thank you for your understanding

I regularly order sausages from the shop, but this order was catastrophic, the first one I received didn't even contain half of the items, I had to send a message to receive the rest of my order. The package arrived half open with one of the mini sausage packets open and half empty... however, the sausages are still just as delicious, and we enjoyed what was left. I give 4 stars because our other orders in previous months went very well and we are still very happy with the sausage shop!
Translated reviews
Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Nelly, thank you for your loyalty and understanding. We are truly sorry that this package arrived damaged and incomplete, this is absolutely not our usual standard. We are pleased that the rest was able to be rectified quickly following your message, and that the quality of the sausages is still on point. Please feel free to contact us again if needed, and thank you again for your loyalty!
