The sausages are very good but the big problem is that they are as hard as concrete so it's impossible to eat the only solution is to soak them in cold water for 24 hours

I ordered 3 sausages from the Ardèche after I got to taste them on vacation. The sausages arrived, although after some time, but well with the post. The sausages are great :-) I will definitely order again.

Having serious dental problems, I appreciated less the part that is just under the skin, otherwise the texture is fine, very little greasy and the taste is excellent, I will definitely have it again especially for the price.

Package arrived as expected. I appreciated the little note "Enjoy your tasting" and the list of products. I left the sausages in your box with the corresponding list. The first sausage I ate was delicious and the spicy chorizo is just how I like it. I will order a batch soon.
