Of the 4 Advent calendars I ordered, the mini chorizo sausages were rotten and the large ones from yesterday were not finished and smelled of ammonia, so there was a huge loss in just 8 days already.

We placed the order on 26/11 and it still hasn't arrived! (It's 05/12). I also haven't received a response to my complaint email. I am very disappointed!

Package received largely open, box very damaged and sausages not individually wrapped. Food products therefore impossible to consume safely.
I did not receive what I ordered. What I received was spicy, chorizo, and hazelnut sausages, and very small sausages, while I had ordered small strings and all pork. This means we will not eat what we received. Before, I used to go through Amazon and we got what we ordered. This time we wanted to go directly through the producer and we received anything.

Hello, I just received my advent calendar and I opened the first window today. Unfortunately, the sausage had a sour taste, which seems abnormal to me, and after consumption, I had digestive issues accompanied by diarrhea. I am attaching photos of the calendar so you can see the condition upon receipt. I prefer not to consume the other products until I have your confirmation on their compliance. Disappointed by the content and the packaging
Sausages too dry, I will not reorder.
I received 8 identical plain sausages.... in short, they could have mixed it up a bit.....
So I already had to follow up to get my delivery because they forgot to deliver it to me, and instead of 2kg of sausages as ordered, I weighed it at home, it only weighs 1.172 kg! Just by carrying the package, we could feel that it didn't weigh 2kg!! Disappointed, I do not recommend!
Fast delivery
If the store was closed when I placed my order, it was enough to report it and specify when delivery would be possible. On the other hand, like many online merchants, you could charge the order at the time of shipment!!! So 1: I pay on August 15 2: you validate the transit while Colissimo still doesn't have the package 3: on August 26 no trace of your package with Colissimo, which means 8 business days. Therefore, you will kindly refund me. Thank you
Delivery received but the sausages are too hard to eat. This is the first time I am disappointed.
No delivery received! Annoying. If it still comes, hopefully the quality will at least be satisfactory! If not, tough luck, and I won't order online anymore, which I have been doing less and less!

Very disappointed with the delivery, indeed, the country pâté box was open, the packaging was grossly taped, the grease had leaked and the package was greasy. After the complaint, the only response received was: refunded
