The sausages are all very hard and practically inedible. Only the pack of plain sausages is acceptable, we had to throw away the rest, which is 1.5 kg of sausages. We wanted to test the package, but I don't think we will reorder.

70% of the salami was damaged
The cardboard used for shipping was too small for the package. It was damaged where the sausages were protruding. Moreover, the sausages were not protected by plastic or paper, which allowed debris to infiltrate the cardboard through the perforations and tears. Food items should be shipped in a way that ensures their cleanliness. This was the second time I ordered from you. The first time, the packaging was correct. This time, it was catastrophic.

Sausage was heavily moldy
The sausage was unfortunately moldy and I have not received a response from the operator after trying to contact them. Too bad.
The sausage was just thrown loose and unpackaged into a box. I would have at least expected the sausages to be in a vacuum bag to protect food from possible harmful influences from the outside. I also find it inconvenient that the chili flakes from one sausage have spread to all sausages. Out of 12 possible sausage varieties, I received 3 varieties: a total of 11 sausages. Due to the negligent handling of food, only 1 star.
I am very disappointed with the delivery time which is expected between 48 to 72 hours, ordered on Tuesday before the Easter weekend and received the Wednesday after! More than a week later. Too bad it was for an Easter gift. Email sent to find out where the order is, no response received to this day yet... I wouldn't have ordered if I had known about the delay

We were very pleased and the selection is really good, however, some salamis are covered with unusual, fluffy, gray mold. Unfortunately inedible. Looks spoiled 🙁
Less was delivered than ordered. A 2 kg sausage package was ordered. Unfortunately, only about 1.3 kg was delivered. Customer service has unfortunately not yet responded to the complaint.

I ordered the basket of downgraded sausages 2 kg expecting to receive a varied assortment, as suggested by the product presentation and photos on the site. In the end, I only received 'pure pork'. I understand that this is a surprise basket with downgraded products, and I did not expect a composition strictly identical to the photos. However, receiving 2 kg of only one variety does not correspond to the idea of a varied assortment. The problem is therefore not the 'downgraded' nature of the products, but the complete lack of diversity in the received package. Disappointed with this order.
The spreads ordered were not properly secured in the box >> breakage and broken jars. This is not the first time.
Second order placed with them, the first one impeccable, the second one after having paid more for sound than for image, the order tracking is useless and they do not respond to my email to know where my order is. This is my last order with them.

I am disappointed, I thought I ordered the 2kg downgraded snacking package and not the sausages
Upon opening the sausage package, 2 sausages were sectioned: - 1 with a cut end - 1 other with the slashed end, leaving the small end hanging
I asked to cancel my order if there were nuts because I am allergic and nothing was done, I could have ended up in the hospital
