I am disappointed, I thought I ordered the 2kg downgraded snacking package and not the sausages

Upon opening the sausage package, 2 sausages were sectioned: - 1 with a cut end - 1 other with the slashed end, leaving the small end hanging

I asked to cancel my order if there were nuts because I am allergic and nothing was done, I could have ended up in the hospital

Unfortunately nothing arrived

I ordered a 2kg package of downgraded sausages. I received a package weighing 1300g. Package intact and unopened. The sausages look very good but the order is not respected. Impossible to prove... I do not recommend.

Received everything damaged, the goods had spilled: everything went to the trash with a terrible smell....

Massive hygiene issues with the delivery. A hair was processed in the sausage mixture, the sausages arrived partially burst and were covered with fluffy dark mold. Additionally, the goods were shipped completely unprotected loose in a simple cardboard box. Unacceptable for food.

Really not good at all

I requested the cancellation of my order and a refund, without receiving any response from the service.

Very damaged package, arrived ripped open with a hole that could let in dirt or other things. I directly threw away the package and will not order from them again. Email sent, no response!

The small pig sausages and the heart sausages were inedible because they were really too salty

We were promised to test several flavors but there were only 2 different flavors, including 3 bags of a flavor that my wife doesn't like

Old sausages, not great in taste and harder to eat, you need good teeth

The package arrived damaged and re-glued by the post, I weighed the sausages and there were only 1.5 kg for an order of 2 kg, I suspect that someone opened it and re-glued it. Anyway, not very satisfied. I sent an email to the sausage house without a response.

Colissimo not delivered and even lost!! Stop using Colissimo, there are always problems with them...

"Basic" products (pork and olives), no solutions offered following my dissatisfaction due to the lack of variety, it's just to get rid of products that customers do not take!!! I absolutely would not recommend your products for future orders.

I bought a batch of downgraded sausages. I know what downgraded means, but here we are close to: 'Good for the bin'. All the sausages have sweated a lot, greasy to the touch and many no longer have their white color.

Order placed on 17/01 and still not received or dispatched by 27/01! Way too long and I have absolutely no information.

I received less sausage than expected

Only 3 types of sausage in the lot, including a lot of the wild boar one which is very strong and that we will not eat.

Delivery time was great, packaging was great. But the quality of the products clearly did not meet expectations even at a reduced price!!! 80% of the products in the box are way too dry!! Too bad.
