The parcel arrived 8 days after the order, whereas the time indicated on the site was 3 days 🙁 The fault of the Post Office, my contact at the after-sales service told me, but unfortunately this won't make me recommend it (or the site).

Two weeks since I placed my order with you and still no parcel. I won't do it again. Much too long for the price we pay.
I ordered 2 kg of sausage. When I received my order, I only had 1.7 kg, i.e. 15% less than I had paid for! I asked for an explanation but received no reply from them. It's a scam, pure and simple. I don't recommend it.

10 days after ordering, still no reception...even though it's an advent calendar that has to go to Reunion! I'm following my parcel...it's been in "preparation" since Thursday...that's a long time to prepare, isn't it! On the other hand, I sent an e-mail but got no reply, which is as much as to say that I wouldn't recommend you!
On the site it was noted delivery in 24 to 48 hours but these deadlines were not respected and I am not on the metropolitan territory any more. I have asked for my order to be cancelled, but to date there has been no reply.

Ridiculous packaging, the sausages were thrown into a cardboard box. The sausages underneath started to mould with the cardboard during transport. My wife wonders if you take us for pigs to pack in such a way. It's impossible to enter your intra-community VAT number on the website, which means you have to pay VAT for a company abroad. I've pointed this out to your IT guy, but he doesn't give a damn.
Packaging in poor condition not distributed
I did not receive my package although it is marked delivered, I sent emails but no response I am not at all satisfied 30 € money, it makes me happy

Package received with holes
We are told 2kls but as last time, 300 grams are missing so I ordered 2 times 2 kls, and at the exit 600 grams are missing in total, or voc scale does not work or you're going to tell me that sausages lose weight during the journey, and just for infon it was the same at my 1st order and you did not give a damn so why ask you.
The parcel has partially arrived and despite several reminders there has been no response from customer service. Please remember to weigh the boxes when collecting the parcel from the relay point.

Did not receive the right parcel
I had bought three dry sausages, four tubes of chestnut cream, a jar of chestnut cream and a jar of fig chestnut cream. No problems with the sausages, plenty with the other products: 1) of the four tubes I had ordered, I received only one; 2) the jar of chestnut cream had opened during transport and part of the product had escaped; 3) the jar of chestnut and fig cream was not sealed and the product was completely moldy (I had to throw it away). In short, a disaster!
Order cancelled at the last minute without the slightest explanation or even a reply to my two e-mails.

I only received part of my order, even though I paid in full. What's more, when I send messages I don't get any feedback.
Too hard to eat and to cut and it doesn't taste too good except for 2 which I like, but it doesn't taste good anymore.
