I had ordered spicy chorizo and I received mild!

Package delivered to a pickup point. One of the two was opened above the warranty band. The remaining weight was 1.250 Kg instead of 2 Kg. This does not happen with the mailman. Disappointed with the behavior of one of the delivery people. This is the first time I am unhappy.

Hello, this time I am not very satisfied with my order, not about the taste which remains very good, but really very dry, especially the curved sausage from Ardèche and the other two as well. In the future, a little less dry sausages and I would be satisfied. Best regards, Lacoste

Access to sales is poor. Furthermore, I am not recognized as a customer. I find that the sausages are less well made, sometimes with small bits of meat that seem spoiled. Moreover, it seems to me that the wine contribution is lower.

Product too dry, no choice possible, you are delivered what there is, no possibility of having a less dry or more tender product.

Medium is good

Surprise upon opening the package of downgraded mini sausages, they don't look anything like the photo, they resemble beads that need to be resized. However, this does not affect the taste at all. On this subject, a big surprise was that they were olive-flavored... too bad no one likes that at home. A bit more transparency would avoid unpleasant surprises and a lower price than the one offered should be applied.

This is the third time we have been delivered only plain large sausage, whereas the previous times it was well mixed.

Hello, just to let you know that in the 2kg package of downgraded sausages, there was only 1kg360. I also want to take this opportunity to tell you that this is the first time this has happened.

Glutinous sausage with black spot on some declassified. Otherwise the sausages as on the side are excellent.

The products were good, unfortunately the postal delivery detracted from the experience. The sausages were poorly dispersed in the boxes (several open boxes were empty).

I ordered a box of downgraded sausages and only received sausages. It would be better to specify that it is possible to have only sausages when ordering because in these cases it is no longer a box of sausages.

The sausage's shelf life is too short

I ordered 2 batches of downgraded sausages and received a lot of sausages with cheese, which I don't like! It would be nice to know what to expect, or even better, to be able to specify our choice of downgraded sausages when ordering. As for the plain ones, the quality is top-notch, but there's a lot of wastage. It's a real shame.

No choice of relay point before parcel arrives

The coppa ordered (3) was less than 12 euros each and this for the 3 (the weight was less than that displayed).

Very disappointed by the packaging, which was simply a delivery box! I was expecting a nice box inside and nothing... so I had to buy a nice one at my own expense.

Good products but my order was missing a product and I'm still waiting to receive it or a refund...

I'm disappointed I thought my box creation would be in a nice little package the sausage store there it is in the delivery box in a little size I do not see myself offer like that. Disappointed

Hello, nothing to say about the quality of the products. On the other hand, the advent calendar packaging leaves something to be desired. All the sausages fell to the bottom of the calendar. My son randomly picks one sausage a day! Too bad

Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my parcel, I live quite far away, and the pikup relay was closed when I passed, I waited more than 3.5 hours... I won't be making any more effort and I won't be ordering from France unfortunately, far too complicated, at your expense, but we can't count on the presence of qualified people at the relay points... I bought the calendar as a gift and took this one because it said it would be delivered in 24/48 hours. I received my package a week later. I had to buy another gift. It's a shame

No access to invoices from the customer area whereas the old site had no problems....

I know they were déclassés but the appearance is borderline and the taste average.

My parcel arrived covered in paint, the calendar is damaged...

An email warning me of the next deposit of my purchase sent on Thursday ... The following Tuesday still no active tracking at chronopost ... so package still not deposited ... for an advent calendar days are counted .... it's heartbreaking

At the time of purchase, delivery was expected to take between 24 and 48 hours. I placed the order on November 15th and the parcel was delivered on November 25th, 10 days later. That's a long way from 48 hours.

Order well received. Delivery on time. But unpleasant surprise on unpacking: part of the tapanade farandole packaging was torn and liquid had stained the cardboard packaging and dripped onto the advent calendar. Part of the tapanade was therefore no longer edible. One of the 2 packets of cookies was a bit crumbly, as it was badly packed and had no protection inside. In fact, part of the box was open due to a lack of adhesive, and the size of the box is too small for the size of the advent calendar, which made it difficult to remove.

Too bad they didn't have a second shipping box.
