The sausage is not dry enough
I haven't received my order and no one is responding to me despite the many complaints I've made. It is a shame
Coppa Corse" and "Lonzu Corse" are sold, which by definition can only be produced from "Nustrale" pigs. The products sold are sliced coppa and lonzu, made from "French" pigs to which antioxidants and preservatives have been added. The questions asked on the home page have not been answered to date! I'll never buy here again!

The black olive grignottes arrived in an airtight plastic bag. They were sticky and very moist, far from being dry sausage. I contacted customer service by e-mail and received no reply.
3 sausages are impossible to cut without a chainsaw, this is the third time I have pointed this out to you...please read your emails !!!!!!!

Hello, I ordered several dobt boxes, one with downgraded sausages and when we offered it and opened it, the sausages had a sticky appearance and smelled of urine. We had to throw the whole box away. But no worries with the other boxes.
Very disappointed. I haven't tasted the sausages yet so I won't judge the product but then the food packaging and chrono frzsh is zero!!!! Delay low-end package in a vulgar cardboard .... For an evening saying box 1 offer is limit. My sausages were exposed because the packaging crushed under the parcels of the relay point!!!! You have to think at least a little about the transport and journey your food is going to make !!!!! Rigid cardboard boxes do exist !!!!! So clearly not happy and I've sent two emails I've had no response so soap non-existent!

I ordered 2 wild boar sausages and received wild boar and pork.
Parcel never received! Every day I'm told it will be delivered in 24 hours... The driver calls me and tells me he's on his way, but no one shows up. I've been promised my parcel every day for over 10 days... Of course, no one takes responsibility for assuming that the parcel is lost and reimbursing me! In short. Site to avoid!
I sent you a message to which you did not reply. The sausages were hard as wood and inedible. I am very disappointed and surprised that such products could be delivered. The other products were very good.

Hello, I'm really not happy with what I ordered from your store. I picked up the opened packaging and there is nothing to protect the sausages, no wrapping at all. I ordered this as a gift for a friend. It's really wrong, disrespectful to have sent it like that! It's really unprofessional and unhygienic. No real opinion, the parcel having arrived empty (emptied during transport presumably). On the other hand, I'm still waiting to hear from the sausage store about what's next.
Hello i ordered my parcel on 7/04 and i was supposed to receive it on 12/04unfortunately i was not at home at that time so the order went to listant no problem but i had to wait until 25/04 to receive an email from the company telling me that my parcel had arrived at my home as this was not the case so i pressed the button "i have not received my parcel" but now it's been 4 days since i had any news.
