Loose sausages in the torn box... A bag would have been welcome. Unfortunately, only one flavor choice.

Difficult to identify the variety, the strings are all the same color

The sausages are extremely soft and moist. One would think they haven't dried. Then 7 pieces, 5 identical and 2 identical. An attached document allows them to be identified by the color of the string, but all the colors are the same.... Nothing to do with my first order....

I am still waiting for a response from you regarding your merchandise that I would have liked to be less dry and your catalog to reorder. I would like a response for all that, thank you.

As always, I am very satisfied with the quality of the products, but I am very unhappy with the delivery times for this order.

Hello, 3rd order and this time I am disappointed, I took 2 boxes of downgraded sausage and I got 2x7 identical sausages unlike the other times where it was a mix of different sausages. Too bad

I can indeed be reserved, it's the judge I conceived. I ordered a surprise box but only got plain sausages, so be careful, they are very good, no problem there. But I admit I'm a bit reserved for next time because not even one sausage I can taste to know if it's good to recommend. Too bad, we'll see next time if I order or not.

A bit disappointed, sausages good overall but you can hardly taste most of the different flavors (truffle, cantal, hazelnut...). Should be marked more for future production. As it stands, I would not recommend.

Quite unappetizing aspect, no brand, no DLC reference. I find the concept very limited! I would not recommend anymore. Lack of transparency about the announced quality!

Too bad especially at the arrival of the holidays. One would think that several orders from the same person on the site should be distributed in different boxes, apart from that, the sausages smell very good and look delicious

The sausages are of good quality. But the snacks I ordered were missing and were not in the boxes.

Hello, the weight indicated on the order is not the same as when we receive it, a difference of 120g, so disappointed.

Good sausages but the fuets are too dry for my taste. Quick and careful shipping. I think I prefer to go to the market.

The advent calendar is not wrapped, so some boxes are slightly open due to transport.

In the end, I never received my order but I was refunded quickly and without any issues.

Hello, I was missing a sausage and the nougat in my package which was well damaged.

Purchase of the box 10 flavors or 2 sausages has been replaced on the 10, it is indicated in the announcement that if 1 flavor is missing it is replaced by 1 olive (I received instead 1 olive and 1 comté). The flavors are therefore random but this is not specified in the announcement! I contacted the shop via the online form to make an exchange because my purchase was conditioned by the desire to taste 1 unknown flavor. But I received no response! Not even to tell me that they could do nothing!

Incomplete order received, I sent an email for a complaint that went unanswered, the products are good however

Too dry sausages

Hello, I have received the sausages as expected. My mother brought us a sausage after her visit to your establishment and we really enjoyed it (I had never tasted such good ones, and I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years) it was well dried, but the ones I received, when I pick them up, they stick to my hands, the skin is moist. They still taste very good but visually and to the touch, I have questions. That's it. Have a good weekend

I ordered several on the site and so far no issues. The last order was not the same as the others, the package was opened and resealed during delivery.

Despite my report on the incorrect packaging, I recommend these sausages, but it's a shame not to have received any feedback on this lack of hygiene for the sausages that were touching the cartons directly.

Only one sausage was very good but we were super disappointed by the other three, too bad they lacked cheese, even after four slices cut, still nothing. Very disappointed.

A bit disappointed by your goat cheese sausage which is usually much more generous in cheese (no cheese taste this time). However, all the others are always great, and nothing to say about the delivery service.
