I'm disappointed I thought my box creation would be in a nice little package the sausage store there it is in the delivery box in a little size I do not see myself offer like that. Disappointed

Hello, nothing to say about the quality of the products. On the other hand, the advent calendar packaging leaves something to be desired. All the sausages fell to the bottom of the calendar. My son randomly picks one sausage a day! Too bad

Mixed order experience: when I received the confirmation email, the "view your order" link didn't work. As a result, I couldn't really check or follow up.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my parcel, I live quite far away, and the pikup relay was closed when I passed, I waited more than 3.5 hours... I won't be making any more effort and I won't be ordering from France unfortunately, far too complicated, at your expense, but we can't count on the presence of qualified people at the relay points... I bought the calendar as a gift and took this one because it said it would be delivered in 24/48 hours. I received my package a week later. I had to buy another gift. It's a shame

No access to invoices from the customer area whereas the old site had no problems....

I know they were déclassés but the appearance is borderline and the taste average.

My parcel arrived covered in paint, the calendar is damaged...

An email warning me of the next deposit of my purchase sent on Thursday ... The following Tuesday still no active tracking at chronopost ... so package still not deposited ... for an advent calendar days are counted .... it's heartbreaking

At the time of purchase, delivery was expected to take between 24 and 48 hours. I placed the order on November 15th and the parcel was delivered on November 25th, 10 days later. That's a long way from 48 hours.

Order well received. Delivery on time. But unpleasant surprise on unpacking: part of the tapanade farandole packaging was torn and liquid had stained the cardboard packaging and dripped onto the advent calendar. Part of the tapanade was therefore no longer edible. One of the 2 packets of cookies was a bit crumbly, as it was badly packed and had no protection inside. In fact, part of the box was open due to a lack of adhesive, and the size of the box is too small for the size of the advent calendar, which made it difficult to remove.

Too bad they didn't have a second shipping box.

The product is of good quality. Delivery times not respected, even with Chronopost (no D+1 delivery for orders placed before 1pm).

On the scales, the sausages weighed 1.8kg instead of the advertised 2kg.

More nougat (authentic)

The Corsican sausages were sausages with fat... as much as the Corsican charcuterie is excellent, what I ordered from you was only fat... very disappointed!

Several items are missing

Shipping was quick. However, there was only one bag in a box. I would have thought there would be more to keep them fresh. Like individual bags for each sausage, well sealed. It's too light for my taste. If you change the way you pack for shipping. I might reorder. To be seen. Hence my low score. Knowing that there's no hygiene for packaging. Any bacteria can get in

Dlc far too short

Disappointed because there was 1kg of chorizo sausage with cheese and hazelnuts I thought it was going to be more diversified.

I ordered 2kg of snakkis and received a mixture of mismatched sausages. The company was supposed to send me back the right package, which I never received. This store is not serious despite my reminders and no response.

Sausages impeccable, jam jars moldy!!!!

Package received on time. Cardboard packaging for 5 sausages with a bit of straw around, I would have liked the pieces at least separated in a paper. Only one was wrapped in plastic, the others were loose. 2 sausages very good. 2 others very dry but good. Chorizo very good.

A little disappointed I find it very fatty and poorly explained because I thought there were several varieties and that two plus one chorizo.

I placed my order on Sunday and when I phoned on Thursday because I was worried it still hadn't left. Then I was supposed to receive the parcel on Friday because I had an activity on Friday evening and Saturday evening, but as a result I only received it on Monday afternoon. So I'm disappointed, and also for the packaging and the messy contents.

I have ordered several times and I order saussicons downgraded snacking, but twice I had the wrong order, this order is part of the one that was not good, I sent a message to support but nothing no solution was found, so I end up with things I did not want, that does not prevent me from recommending because I love them, snacking not others.

Unfortunately, the sausages are much too dry and therefore very hard to cut.
