The sausages are very good but the big problem is that they are as hard as concrete so it's impossible to eat the only solution is to soak them in cold water for 24 hours
I ordered 3 sausages from the Ardèche after I got to taste them on vacation. The sausages arrived, although after some time, but well with the post. The sausages are great 🙂 I will definitely order again.
