I placed my order on Sunday and when I phoned on Thursday because I was worried it still hadn't left. Then I was supposed to receive the parcel on Friday because I had an activity on Friday evening and Saturday evening, but as a result I only received it on Monday afternoon. So I'm disappointed, and also for the packaging and the messy contents.

Very good products, but a lot of mistakes when ordering. Otherwise great

I have ordered several times and I order saussicons downgraded snacking, but twice I had the wrong order, this order is part of the one that was not good, I sent a message to support but nothing no solution was found, so I end up with things I did not want, that does not prevent me from recommending because I love them, snacking not others.

Unfortunately, the sausages are much too dry and therefore very hard to cut.

Always products out of stock and not mentioned as such. Labelling problem too and it's not the first time...

Good products, but shipped in very poor conditions in hot weather to ensure good preservation.

The products are fine, but the sausages are sent in basic cartons with no protection. When the box arrives, it's often badly damaged, with heavy scotch tape to reinforce the corners ... In short, it's average... and inside, all the sausages are mixed together, most of them unprotected.

The description does not fully correspond

I placed a first order for two quarters of ham which I paid for (on april 19) and which I have never received to date. I am waiting for the second order which I hope will arrive on may 2. I have not been told why I was not delivered the first time and I have not been reimbursed.

All the sausages are really, really, really hard. I can usually slice them, but this is impossible. The taste is good, but even the very thin slices resist chewing. I won't do it again.

I'm still giving them 3 stars because the sausages are excellent! However, there was an error in my order (olive sausage delivered instead of a smoked sausage ordered). I sent an e-mail with a photo of the parcel and the invoice as soon as I received the parcel but I got no reply....

I am completely astonished that you would add SUGAR to "homemade" sausages?

Part of my order is missing, I was told that it would be sent to me, but I haven't received anything and there has been no reply to my emails since then..... Disappointed this time

The sausages are very good but in my parcel of downgraded there was also sausage with hazelnut and my son is allergic to nuts. Beware of danger...

The shipment was fast. The sausages are good but not exceptional either... They may be artisanal, but on a large scale! Some are really fatty. I wanted to make my comment to customer service... No response via their form and even less on Facebook. Too bad

It bothers me a lot to give you only 3 stars instead of the 5 you deserve! But you sent us an assortment of sausages, several of which are hazelnut flavoured, and my wife and I are allergic. Usually they're all plain, so I hadn't anticipated this! Too bad!

Composition: far too many various additives, the natural flower had attracted me, I was wrong not to pay more attention to the rest!

In the box, among all the sausages, the tomato confits and the tubes of crême de marron are not protected against the "castagne" 🙁 Conclusion: one of the confits has broken and the tubes arrive crushed.

Unfortunately, I find them far too fatty and salty.

Good product but a sausage was missing. Waiting for an answer

When I received the parcel, the bag of sausages was open and a cup was broken. What's more, I chose express delivery (24h) at a relay point, and I didn't receive it until 5 days after dispatch. I ordered it on the 15th, sent it on the 18th and received it on December 23rd. The sausages are still very good, but for a Christmas present it's not great to receive it in this condition.

Correct sausage but lacks a bit of flavour

The package was not the weight indicated. I sent an email with photos to say so but no response from you.

Very badly packed, the sausages are directly in the cardboard without even a plastic around it is not very hygienic, and there is not even a paper on each sausage for the differences.

The sausages are good. The pâtés are bland because they are poorly seasoned. Chestnut products are also bland and lack sweetness (sugar, cream....).

I received my damaged order and out of the three items ordered, one sausage is damaged. I'm still waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Fair product

The charcuterie was very good. But the packet of chestnut cakes was full of mealworms. Some of the charcuterie was not packaged (although it was a box). The sausage was right out of the box, even though you say you can eat the skin. It wasn't hygienic. What a shame!

Lack of seasoning. Quality meat, but not spicy enough. Bland overall. Except Ardèche sausage.
