Unfortunately, I find them far too fatty and salty.

Good product but a sausage was missing. Waiting for an answer

When I received the parcel, the bag of sausages was open and a cup was broken. What's more, I chose express delivery (24h) at a relay point, and I didn't receive it until 5 days after dispatch. I ordered it on the 15th, sent it on the 18th and received it on December 23rd. The sausages are still very good, but for a Christmas present it's not great to receive it in this condition.

Correct sausage but lacks a bit of flavour

The package was not the weight indicated. I sent an email with photos to say so but no response from you.

Very badly packed, the sausages are directly in the cardboard without even a plastic around it is not very hygienic, and there is not even a paper on each sausage for the differences.

The sausages are good. The pâtés are bland because they are poorly seasoned. Chestnut products are also bland and lack sweetness (sugar, cream....).

I received my damaged order and out of the three items ordered, one sausage is damaged. I'm still waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Fair product

The charcuterie was very good. But the packet of chestnut cakes was full of mealworms. Some of the charcuterie was not packaged (although it was a box). The sausage was right out of the box, even though you say you can eat the skin. It wasn't hygienic. What a shame!

Lack of seasoning. Quality meat, but not spicy enough. Bland overall. Except Ardèche sausage.

Good except that in the package "downgraded sausages" sausages with missing pieces it looks a bit weird, moreover no label to identify such or such variety, if we find one we like impossible to recommend the same, I do not think to take this article in the future, the small price difference does not justify these disadvantages

Too dry

Hello, I'm a bit disappointed by the batch of downgraded sausages. It's not their shape that bothers me, but they're as hard as wood. What's more, they are dry sausages and not sausages. Best regards.

The quality of the sausages was good, but this time the parcel arrived damaged and greasy, even though it was supposed to be delivered by chronofresh. I sent an e-mail to inform you of the problem but have not yet received a reply. Yours faithfully

Too much salt

Disappointed because I ordered 2 sausage boxes and only got 2 kinds. I thought I could taste more flavors. Otherwise very good sausages

Disastrous chronofresh delivery. The deliveryman delivers elsewhere then finds (!) the parcel and throws it on my land where the ants have feasted! I won't come to your place again as long as you use this delivery service.

Nothing extraordinary, a range of sausages that can be found in retail outlets without any problem at a much lower price, but the big problem is the delivery packaging, a cardboard box that's not even watertight with the products inside without any packaging, so it's open to all the smells and external pollution that reigns in delivery lorries, I don't mind limiting packaging for the sake of ecology but hygiene should also be taken into account.

This delivery was a little too advanced on the curves and too much pepper on the long ones.

Contacted 2 times by email, no reply. Sick with goat sausage and other medium-quality products.

I received my parcel and found the sausages too dry. I asked that they not be too dry.

The sausages are good, but the after-sales service is non-existent. This is essential and therefore deplorable. The last package arrived with a hole in it, missing sausages... What more can I say?

I have sent 2 complaints to customer service and have not received a reply.

Sausages really dry! (too dry) sausage good

The merchandise is excellent, but the packaging leaves much to be desired. Chorizos right out of the box (which has 4 large air holes, so the goods are at the mercy of an indelicate person) and no use-by date is indicated, contrary to what I've been told since I first noticed it.
