In sausages that smell and taste like sausages. You can't smell the fat (there is some, but it doesn't take over), and there's "chewiness" because they're dry enough to be ready to eat. The Ardèche declassés were in fact downgraded for visual problems, but the taste is still first-class. The Corsican products smell great. Lonze not too peppery. The range perhaps lacks a very strong-tasting bull sausage, although we'll have to see what happens with wild boar sausages. A no-fuss but efficient parcel, in letter-box format, taped to make it as airtight as possible. A 5KG parcel of sausages managed to get through the box. All in all, a very pleasant surprise, all the more so as there are discounts by purchase threshold and the price per kg is even competitive with hypermarkets.
