Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my parcel, I live quite far away, and the pikup relay was closed when I passed, I waited more than 3.5 hours... I won't be making any more effort and I won't be ordering from France unfortunately, far too complicated, at your expense, but we can't count on the presence of qualified people at the relay points...
