If the store was closed when I placed my order, it was enough to report it and specify when delivery would be possible. On the other hand, like many online merchants, you could charge the order at the time of shipment!!! So 1: I pay on August 15 2: you validate the transit while Colissimo still doesn't have the package 3: on August 26 no trace of your package with Colissimo, which means 8 business days.
