Nothing to say about the customer service of the "sausage shop" which took our delivery problem into account: package dropped in a locker (another pickup point than the one we designated) with a big hole in the box. Some sausages were either lost or intentionally stolen. Partial refund by the seller. For the sausages, we appreciated the one with "beaufort". Mixed experience for now.
