I have ordered several times and I order saussicons downgraded snacking, but twice I had the wrong order, this order is part of the one that was not good, I sent a message to support but nothing no solution was found, so I end up with things I did not want, that does not prevent me from recommending because I love them, snacking not others.

Frankly, the product did not disappoint! I can't wait to reopen on August 13 so I can give it to my customers. However, the packaging needs to be rethought... I'm forced to display them in baskets when I've got a whole wall with hooks dedicated to charcuterie.
Always products out of stock and not mentioned as such. Labelling problem too and it's not the first time...

The products are fine, but the sausages are sent in basic cartons with no protection. When the box arrives, it's often badly damaged, with heavy scotch tape to reinforce the corners ... In short, it's average... and inside, all the sausages are mixed together, most of them unprotected.

All the sausages are great. For the chorizo I regret the removal of the individual bag. A plus for the speed of receipt of products. The only drawback is the packaging, all the sausages in bulk in a cardboard box that most of the time arrives damaged and torn, please make an effort on this point.

I placed a first order for two quarters of ham which I paid for (on april 19) and which I have never received to date. I am waiting for the second order which I hope will arrive on may 2. I have not been told why I was not delivered the first time and I have not been reimbursed.
