fast delivery, quality is up to scratch, but on the chosen color, despite the good resolution of the image on my computer, the expected blue-green is actually quite green... I was able to exchange the balls at a local retailer, who knows me well, without any problem. a little disappointed by your notification in the event that I would have returned these balls (at my expense), not to apply the free shipping to send me the exchange, it would have been a commercial gesture appreciated.

Regarding the color, we have checked and indeed the photo we had on the site for this color green blue was not consistent with the color of the ball in reality. However, being a small company, we can hardly reduce our shipping costs any further, as we are also dependent on the rates imposed on us by the carriers, unfortunately. I haven't received my parcel so I can't judge the quality of the products. I can only say that customer service is anything but responsive and that the least they could have done would have been to either refund my money or send me back the 2 balls I ordered. Very disappointing and not very commercial.
